Dividend, bonus, or distribution is missing
Checks for missing upcoming dividends, wrong dividend yield, bonus shares, and mutual fund distributions.
Common symptoms
- Upcoming dividend is not visible.
- Dividend yield looks wrong.
- Bonus shares or stock split did not apply automatically.
- Mutual fund distribution is not reflected as expected.
What to try first
- 1Check whether Auto Dividends is enabled in Settings if you expect automatic dividend or bonus handling.
- 2Also check the Auto Dividend settings for whether dividend transactions, bonus transactions, and announcement notifications are enabled.
- 3Auto processing is based on dividend/book-closure announcements available in the app. If a bonus or split is not detected clearly, automatic handling may be missed.
- 4For missed stock splits, use the stock split action. For missed bonus shares, add a bonus shares transaction manually.
- 5Dividend yield depends on dividend and price timing, so it may change after market data refreshes.
- 6Stock dividend transactions are tracked separately and do not change portfolio cash balance by default. Reinvestment, if enabled, is handled as a separate process.
- 7Mutual fund distributions and reinvestments can affect units, tax/fee amounts, and distribution totals differently from stock dividends.
When opening a ticket
- Send the stock or fund symbol, announcement date, ex-date if known, screenshots, and whether Auto Dividends is enabled.
- For split/bonus issues, attach a backup export so support can inspect the affected holding and transaction history.
