Delete or fix a wrong transaction

Where to find transaction history and what to share if deletion or editing fails.

Common symptoms

  • A wrong transaction was added.
  • You cannot find the delete option.
  • Deleting a transaction does not work as expected.

What to try first

  1. 1Open the portfolio detail screen where your stocks are listed.
  2. 2Go to Transaction History.
  3. 3Find the affected transaction and use the available edit/delete action.
  4. 4For mutual funds, open the fund detail transaction history. Deleting a conversion removes both linked conversion legs and recalculates the affected holdings.
  5. 5After deleting imported data, refresh the portfolio summary and check cash, holding quantity, average price, and profit/loss.

When opening a ticket

  • Send a screen recording of the full delete/edit flow if the action fails.
  • Attach the portfolio Excel export if totals remain wrong after deleting or editing.
