Announcement or dividend is missing
What to check when a stock announcement, dividend, book closure, or reminder is not visible.
Common symptoms
- A company announcement is not visible in the app.
- A dividend or book closure reminder did not appear.
- Auto dividend processing did not create the expected transaction.
What to try first
- 1Open the News or Announcements area and refresh.
- 2Check Auto Dividend settings if you expect dividend transactions, bonus transactions, or reminders to be created automatically.
- 3Confirm the stock exists in one of your portfolios and that you held shares on the relevant date.
- 4Some announcements require manual review before automatic processing can create a transaction.
- 5If you manually added the dividend already, check whether the app skipped creating a duplicate.
When opening a ticket
- Send the stock symbol, announcement date, ex-date/book-closure date if known, and screenshots from FolioSync.
- Mention whether Auto Dividends, auto-create dividend transactions, auto-create bonus transactions, and reminders are enabled.
