By downloading, installing, or using the FolioSync application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. FolioSync reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

FolioSync is a personal portfolio management tool designed for investors in the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). It allows you to manually record and track your stock transactions, view market data, receive announcements, and optionally use AI-powered insights — all stored locally on your device.

FolioSync does not provide investment advice, financial advice, or any form of professional advisory service. All portfolio data, calculations, charts, AI-generated insights, and market information are provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make. FolioSync strongly recommends consulting a qualified and licensed financial advisor before making any investment.

Market data displayed in FolioSync is sourced from publicly available sources. FolioSync does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Prices may be delayed or differ from actual traded values. Do not use FolioSync data as the sole basis for any financial transaction.

FolioSync offers optional AI-powered features using third-party APIs (such as Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini). These features are experimental and for informational purposes only. If you choose to use your own API key:

(a) You are solely responsible for all charges billed by the respective AI provider. (b) FolioSync has no access to your API key beyond what is needed for local storage on your device. (c) AI-generated outputs are not investment advice and must not be relied upon for trading decisions.

You agree to use FolioSync only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of transaction data you enter into the App. FolioSync is not responsible for errors in calculations resulting from incorrect data entry.

FolioSync is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) or any of its subsidiaries. FolioSync is not a registered PSX Data Vendor.

The App may interact with third-party services including Google Drive (for optional cloud backup), Google Firebase (for push notifications and crash reporting), and third-party AI APIs. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. FolioSync is not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

FolioSync is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FolioSync and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including investment losses, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
